Smoke-Free Ontario Act Updates

Smoking is now prohibited on the properties of all recreational facilities, private and public, across Ontario. New legislation states that  smoking is no longer allowed on recreational properties, or within 20 meters of the perimeter of those properties. 

This means you can no longer smoke on, or around recreational facilities around our province. For further information please refer to the attached articles from the Health Unit, and the City of Winsdor.
