Hello parents, players and families!

As of this coming Tuesday January 4th, 2022, ONLY the QR code will be allowed as a requirement to get into any facility in Ontario that mandates vaccination, including our local City of Windsor and Central Park Athletic Facilities.

Please ensure that you have the requires QR code for all players in attendance and any spectators that are attending.  Anyone NOT having a QR code will be turned away and not allowed attendance into facilities.
Medical exemption Dr note will not longer be accepted and must follow the rules outlined by the Ontario Minister of Health.
Please see the link below for further info on how to get your QR code downloaded and ready for next week!
Happy New Year and stay safe and healthy!
