Travel Coach Evaluations, News (Windsor Minor Hockey Association)

Travel Coach evaluations are available to be completed until Friday January 31st at 11:59pm

Travel Coach evaluations are a critical tool in developing our program for the coming year.  Evaluation forms will be held in strict confidence by the VP of Travel (Doug Tellerd) and Director of Coaching (Rob Guthrie).  Individual form responses will NOT be shared with the coaches, however a general overall summary may be shared.

If you are uncomfortable submitting electronically, evaluations can be sent directly to Doug Tellerd via email at dougt.wmha@gmail.com or printed and dropped in the board room mail slot at Adie Knox Arena in a sealed envelope marked Attn: Doug Tellerd

Please note, these evaluations are ONLY for Travel team coaches

Please note, U16A2 parents are welcome (but not required) to send their evaluations to Doug Tellerd via email.  Those will NOT be shared with the director of coaching due to conflict
