Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of Members of Windsor Minor Hockey Association will be held in person on Sunday, May 25th 2025, at 5pm at the Capri Recreation Center located at 2555 Pullford St., Windsor, Ontario.
Agenda:
- Review and approval of the minutes of the previous Annual Meeting;
- Presentation and discussion of the annual financial statements and Accountant's Report;
- Election of Directors;
- Discussion surrounding proposed bylaw amendments bringing WMHA into compliance with ONCA;
- Discussion surrounding proposed amendments to Letters Patent of WMHA to bring the Association into compliance with ONCA;
- Other Business (***If any questions or concerns are presented in writing prior to the AGM)

Please note the motion to approve all amendments and any changes to the WMHA Letters Patent will take place at a date to be set following the Annual Meeting of the Members which adjourned portion of the meeting will take place no more than 30 days after this Meeting. Notice of the adjourned portion of the Meeting will be circulated in accordance with the WMHA by-laws.
