Following the adjournment of our Annual Meeting held on May 25, 2025, we must set a meeting to continue the conversation of a few items remaining from the agenda.
Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of Members of Windsor Minor Hockey Association willbe held in person on Saturday June 14, 2025, at 2pm at Central Park Athletics Sports Complexlocated at 2400 Grand Marais Road E, Windsor, ON.
Agenda:
1. Review and approval of the minutes of the previous Annual Meeting; completed May 25, 2025
2. Presentation and discussion of the annual financial statements and Accountant's Report;
completed May 25, 2025
3. Election of Directors;
4. Discussion surrounding proposed bylaw amendments bringing WMHA into compliance with ONCA;
5. Discussion surrounding proposed amendments to Letters Patent of WMHA to bring the
Association into compliance with ONCA;
6. Other Business (***If any questions or concerns are presented in writing prior to the AGM)

Please note that the motion to approve the remaining amendments and changes to the WMHA
Letters Patent will take place on June 14, 2025 @ 2:00pm.
