PLAYDOWNS: VS LASALLE GM3

Up 2 games to none the Novice AE Jr. Spitfires came in looking to close out the series with Lasalle and advance to the OMHA semi-finals.
With the penalties under control this time Windsor would play a consistent game getting 2 tallys in each of the 3 periods with Lasalle sneaking 1 in late in the second period. Final score would be 6-1 for Windsor.
The kids worked together and played hard to earn their first ever playdown series win. We now wait until the other teams finish their first round games this weekend to see who our next opponent will be.
Once again we wish Lasalle the best of luck as they will now enter the Bluewater playoffs. After 11 meetings this year one would think we would be finished playing each other but who knows we may see them again.
