St. Thomas Game #2
The 2nd game of the tourney and it's an early one against an undefeated St Thomas team. The 1st period was pretty busy going back and forth.
Windsor is playing well and killing penalties like the Pro's. Ayden is playing strong but St Thomas is able to sneak 2 past him.
2nd period Ayden is still staying strong but St Thomas is able to get another one past the goal line.Windsor is still fighting hard for that 1st goal but are unable to before the buzzer.
3rd Period Windsor is is playing hard and not giving up despite the setback of a few penalties throughout the game. Chasing down a St.Thomas player,Wardy crashes into the net hard. He looks to be hurt and is helped off the ice .
Unfortunately he is unable to get back on the ice and we are down a forward. After a long hard battle we are unable to get one past the St Thomas goalie and lose 5-0 St.Thomas Regardless we should be very proud of our team for a well fought game and never giving up despite the set backs.We will no doubt do better the next game after this rough morning.
