With just weeks until the Windsor Jr. Spitfires Novice AA's take to the ice for playoffs, playing full-ice hockey for the first time, on December 14, the boys took to the gym for a little team bonding with banner sponsor All Level CrossFit!
Amped up to burn off a little steam, the Lil' Spits took their Saturday off from the rink and went down to 1821 Provincial Road to lift weights, climb rope, and battle in a rugby-like team building exercise.
The boys were all smiles as they continued to bond as a team. They worked their tails off and had a great time along the way.

The Novices will next be in action this coming Friday, December 27 as they host the Amherstburg Stars at 6:30 p.m. at the Capri Pizza Recreation Complex.
