Lil' Spits reach new heights
Submitted By Devan Mighton on Sunday, January 5, 2020
With the Windsor Jr. Spitfires Novice AA team busily preparing for their graduation to full-ice hockey on January 15, the boys decided to engage in a little away-from-the-rink bonding over the holidays.

On December 22, after an intensive and informative full-ice practice with coach Alek Stojanov at Central Park Athletics, the Lil' Spits raced over to the arena's Clip 'n Climb facilities for some new challenges.

For over an hour, members of the novice team climbed just about everything they were allowed to as they bonded with each other, pushed themselves to new limits, and shared some well-deserved laughs.

As the team approaches Hockey Canada's full-ice start date, these events will prove fruitful in their development as athletes, teammates, and friends.
