At this time, please note the following 2022 Cancellation / Refund Policy:

If the tournament is cancelled due to COVID-19, full refunds will be provided.

If a team is not able to attend the tournament for a COVID-19 related reason, a full refund will be provided.

If a team is not able to attend the tournament for a non-COVID19 related reason, the following applies:

If notice is provided more than 30 days before the tournament, a full refund will be offered.

If notice is provided 30 days or less before the tournament, refunds will be offered at the discretion of the tournament chair, on a case-by-case basis.
