Your team’s spot will not be held without payment.

At this time, please note the following 2025 Cancellation / Refund Policy:

If a team is not able to attend the tournament, the following applies:

If notice is provided more than 30 days before the tournament, a full refund will be offered.
If notice is provided 30 days or less before the tournament, refunds will be offered at the discretion of the tournament chair, on a case-by-case basis.
