Girls Skills For A Cure, News (Windsor Minor Hockey Association)

Play for a cure have launched "Girls Skills For A Cure" for 2025 and they have some truly phenomenal female coaches lined up.

Saturday May 10, 2025 @ Vollmer Complex, LaSalle

Come join Play For A Cure in a unique experience for youth female hockey players who will be instructed by our region’s best female coaches and some of the World’s best players; including Meghan Agosta, Angela James, Laura Fortino and Shannon Szabados. 

• Each session is limited to 25 players + 2 goalies
• Sessions will be divided* into: U9HL, U11HL, U13 HL, U13 Travel, U15 HL, U15 Travel and U18 Travel
• There will be a lunchtime Q&A for the players 
• Cost to participate – $75 per player          

* Divisions may be re-evaluated once players register

Each Girl receives:

• 60min of on-ice instruction
• Jersey
• BioSteel Water Bottle and Drink

All proceeds from this event will go towards Play For A Cure and the Cancer Research Collaboration Fund.
