Refunds will be processed once the Director of Clinics receives the OMHA Approved Roster.

Clinic refunds will only be given for courses taken in the current season unless approved by the Executive Vice President.

Volunteers will only be reimbursed for the Clinics / Courses deemed necessary by WMHA for that volunteer.

After successful course completion, e-mail Rick MacMillan the following information at [email protected]:

1. Full Name
2. Team that you are rostered to, and if you are on more than one team, 
3. Copy of the Invoice / Receipt and proof of successful course completion.

NOTE: Refund process can take up to the end of the calendar year
