We’d like to kindly remind everyone of a few important guidelines to help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all inside City of Windsor facilities:
- Facility Warm-Ups
Warm-ups and dry-land training are not permitted in any facility unless they are taking place inside a permitted space. Please reach out in advance if you’d like to make arrangements to add a room to your permit for warm-ups. Please ensure both home and visiting teams (as well as spectators) are aware they are not permitted to do any sort of warm up activities including jumps, stick handling, mini games, jogging/running, etc in hallways, or inside the rinks.
- Parking Lot Activities
Tail-gating, food preparation, and mini sporting events are not allowed in our parking lots. These areas are intended for parking only, and we appreciate your cooperation in keeping them clear and safe. Our facilities are quite busy with cars entering and exiting parking lots and the safety of our patrons is very important to us.
- Music Etiquette
While we understand music can be part of the fun, please keep it respectful. Music should only be played inside dressing rooms—
not in hallways or other gathering areas. Volume levels should be kept low enough that music cannot be heard on the rinks when the dressing room doors are opened and closed.
- Respect for All Patrons
Let’s continue to be considerate of others using the facilities. Please speak kindly to our community centre and arena staff as well as other coaches, parents, and facility users. Your thoughtfulness helps create a welcoming environment for everyone.
If anyone has any concerns please reach out to either our President Shannon or Vice President Doug.
