We will be holding our Annual Meeting of our members Tuesday April
29, 2026, at 6pm at Central Park Athletics.
All proposed Bylaw changes should be emailed to [email protected] before April 14, 2026.
Those interested in open director positions, please complete the

Details will also be emailed to the members, shared to social media
and posted in arenas.
The agenda will be as follows:
(a) approval of the agenda;
(b) approval of the minutes of the previous Meeting of the Membership;
(c) receiving reports of the activities of the Association during the preceding
year;
(d) receiving information regarding the planned activities of the Association
for the current year;
(e) receiving and approving the financial report of the Auditor of the
Association from the previous year and a projected financial position for the
current year;
(f) appointment of the Auditor for the ensuing year;
(g) consideration of any proposed amendments to the Letters Patent or by laws
of the Association;
(h) transaction of any business which relates to the business of the Meeting
referred to the above, and particulars of which are received in writing by the
Secretary of the Association 14 days prior to the Annual General Meeting
(i) election of the new Board.
Once again, we will celebrate our player award winners at our Annual Meeting,
and will notify families in advance of the date of the award winners.
