Hockey Canada Accounts requires updates to be completed before the season starts
Hello Parents,
This year Hockey Canada has updated the Spordle accounts with some new fields that require players and volunteers to update information in their account.
Please login into your account and go to the home page so you can update the missing information. They also need 2 documents to be uploaded to the child’s profile or the volunteer profile to verify the player/volunteer address and birthdate. Pro tip: use your phone to upload pictures of birth certificates, waiver etc. This has to be done so we can create a roster
Please login into your Spordle account and then go to your “Account” to see if the following information is missing. Some accounts have already been updated and may not require you to do anything but please check your account
Step 1 - add the missing information
Step 2 - upload the required 2 documents – this is a verification of address and birthdate. Must upload a Driver’s license, passport, health card, Birth Certificate, or bill with the current address as examples.
Step 3 – ONLY FOR VOLUNTEERS – Please register yourself in our registration store under Bench staff, this allows the critical waivers to be signed off.
