Reimbursement Policy (Windsor Minor Hockey Association)

CLINIC REIMBURSEMENT POLICY

Refunds will be processed once the Director of Clinics receives the OMHA Approved Roster.

Clinic refunds will only be given for courses taken in the current season unless approved by the Executive Vice President.

Volunteers will only be reimbursed for the Clinics / Courses deemed necessary by WMHA for that volunteer.


NOTE: Refund process can take up to the end of the calendar year

Before beginning any course to be on Coaching Staff, please contact your Divisional Vice President.

Reimbursements only take place after the volunteer has been fully rostered and we have had time to verify all certifications and VSC approved. The process for reimbursement is being revised, please stay tuned!
