Throughout this process we advised
the athletes of what qualities we were looking for in making this team.
The messages written on the boards and spoken on the ice had asked for maximum
effort, high energy, and play inspired. We were looking for Smart, Tough,
Fast, Discipline with Character players.
Selecting a final roster is never easy, and many decisions came down to small details and positional needs. Please know that the evaluators deeply appreciate the time, commitment, and heart every player brought to the rink.
For those not selected, we understand this is disappointing—but it’s not a reflection of your value or potential as a player. We strongly encourage you to stay positive, keep playing, and continue working toward your goals.
