The Board of Directors has been working diligently
to wrap up the season and determine registration refunds. Below you will
find a chart which outlines applicable registration refunds per division.
Please note, there are some expenses which make up the cost of registration
that cannot be refunded. This includes jerseys, socks, player insurance,
referee cost, as well as overhead expenses incurred.

Please note the refunds shown are for the General Registration refunds, any travel funds paid will be distributed by the team managers, as approved by the VP of Travel.
There are some circumstances where players may not receive the amounts specified above, due to special circumstances such as late registrations, funding arrangements, etc.
Over the next several weeks, our volunteers will be steadily processing refunds. Your patience is greatly appreciated as WMHA has had an unprecedented year and for the first time in the Association's history, will be issuing refunds to hundreds of participants.
Families who paid by way of credit card will have their refunds applied to the same card from which the payments were originally made. Depending on the receiving bank, it may take several days or even weeks for the refund to appear on your statement. You may check with your bank on processing times for refunds.
Families who paid by e-transfer, cheque or cash will be sent a cheque by mail.
Once all refunds have been processed, we will send out another message. At that point, if you have not received an expected refund, please contact us. Questions about refunds can be directed to [email protected].
We want to thank all of our WMHA families for your support over the last year and we hope to see you all back in the fall. As soon as we have information regarding next season, we will share it with you.
