On September 27, Windsor-Essex Health Unit has issued following letter of instruction for recreational and sports facilities:
https://www.wechu.org/letter-instruction-sports Is it possible for our hockey families to help us with reaching out to WECHU? Will they hear us if we ask them to amend their Oct 1st stance to align with the OMHA date of Oct 31st to complete vaccination protocols?
Some players who may have had no intention of getting vaccinated, did so because they want to play hockey! We want them to have the chance to continue to play and complete their vaccines by Oct 31st as per the OMHA (Ontario Minor Hockey Association) deadline.
