Novice AE Jr. Spits Topple Tecumseh Eagles 8-1 (Exhibition Game)
After a very successful second-place finish in the St. Thomas tournament this past weekend, the Novice AE Jr. Spits met up with the Tecumseh Eagles on Monday night in the Big Bowl at the WFCU centre.
The Jr. Spits showed no signs of fatigue and came out strong. The score was 2-0 in their favour at the end of the first. Then they really opened it up in the second, scoring 4 more goals to Tecumseh’s 1. They finished off the last period with 2 additional goals, making it an 8-1 final score.
